As an adult with moderate to severe eczema that came out of nowhere at menopause, I’ve tried eliminating various food types (because nobody shuts up about “don’t eat dairy/gluten/sugar/blah blah blah), and none of it helped a bit.

what if they have a dairy allergy that causes eczema flare ups? we saw an allergist and all she said was try offering cooked dairy but everytime we did he got sick so we stopped.

My child is lactose intolerant and has eczema. If he has milk his stomach hurts, but it doesn’t make his eczema go away if he doesn’t have lactose.

I had a hard time explaining that my eczema and my son's wasn't just cured I just know what we need to not have flare ups. I take those extra steps to ensure we dont have flare ups.
