Not necessarily. Not every empathetic person struggles with the same things. Everyone experiences empathy differently, and being empathetic doesn’t automatically mean you have to struggle.

True. I‘m empathetic to a point where I understand someone in a painful situation since I‘ve been in plenty. But I also understand that pain in this life is inevitable, suffering tho is absolutely self-inflicted
