the first big realization of my journey was that I could have a turkey sandwich with cheese and a bun, plus a bag of chips for the same number of calories as a salad I would find palatable. I ate zero salads after that and was successful.

And yet I won’t eat just plain lettuce. So I do add cheese, nuts, meat, onions, garlic, bell peppers, sunflower seeds, and salad dressing.

That part! So many people make fun of me for not using dressing! I was always told to take the greens out and what you’re left with is what you’re actually eating. That was enough for me. ♥️#rabbitfood4life 😝🤣♥️

An Artistic Awakening🕯️ :

Greens always have to be dark,(not ice berg) and if I get a pre-made salad, I never use their dressing... I prefer Primal Kitchen dressing (whole food dressing with no sugar and no seed oils) . It's a bit pricey, but so are meds and hospital visits🤷🏽‍♀️
