High Ground :
A world war would force the entire planet to re-industrialize. And we don’t have to use modern technologies to rein industrialize. We can always take a step backwards, use older tech technologies, and then use those older technologies to build more advanced stuff. The old saying, don’t forget what you already know. We don’t need smart weapons to destroy a nation. We can go back to good old-fashioned carpet bombing and with modern guidance systems and some of the things we’ve learned since World War II. I guarantee a carpet bombing campaign would be a lot more effective than a precision strike today because not only would you blow up the factory, but you take out everything with an amount a mile of the factory the psychological effect of that would be devastating upon any animation. And for anyone’s stupid enough to fight the United States they’d have to get here first, and I doubt they would launch nuclear weapons upon the United States because that would lead to a retaliatory response which no one wants to see happen.

Chris Hickman :
This is why critical military equipment should only be built in the United States. Period.
