Just had this conversation today when we found out 5 years later why someone was promoted and someone else was looked over. It was the last act of a mean girl as a parting gift before she retired. Crazy how spiteful people are - it’s more about them than about you.

As someone with grown kids, I remember the days of dealing with mean girls and mean boys. In a way, I'm glad they experienced it because it taught them to better deal with people.
