My analytics show 70 to 90 retention for a majority of my vids videos I’ve had have been 48.8k 16.8k 6.5k then I’m stuck in limbo 200 300 for months. Then a random 500 then 700 . I’m a dog account my analytics don’t match all the hard work I’ve put in for over a year. The amount of content I’ve done and improvement I’ve made never match analytics

I really struggle with retention because I’m a streamer posting clips, so it’s not like it’s scripted/value-driven content, it’s just highlights. I try to increase retention by adding text on screen in the first 4 seconds to be a sort of “watch till the end to see xyz (usually a funny moment)” but I also worry that makes the screen too cluttered with gameplay, facecam and captions too, but im not sure what else to try. Any thoughts?
