She's a beut! Is your paddle non-coated? I have had 2 with the white coating and it peels off over time 🤨 If that isn't coated, I know what my next one will be! The mixer is awesome tho! Mine has been going strong for over 20 yrs.

Always refrigerate your cookie dough for at least half an hour before baking, it helps them to not flatten out when baking 😁

I don’t know why people put the KitchenAid mixer on so high to begin with start it on low. You won’t have any problems. It’s the best mixer ever you’re gonna love it.😊
