Lou Reed but a bit more melodic. Still, The Strokes are minor compared to Lou Reed solo career/the 4 essential VU albums. I love them. Also, when you count John Cale solo career, too, which also has some high lights. The Strokes rule though.

The Incident Response layer; which is the fourth one focuses on ensuring that utilities maintain procedures and specialized teams which detects and investigates cyber attacks.
