@monstrofarm: Jade Plant gets a reset. When a jade plant gets leggy and starts to flop, it’s usually a light issue. Pruning it back resets the plant and pushes new growth. And the best part? Every cut becomes a new plant. This is how I did it: 1. Start by using clean sharp pruners and cutting back the mother plant so that she’ll grow back round and full. 2. Prepare the cuttings by making cuts just below the nodes which are practically everywhere, and then removing the bottom one to two sets of leaves from each cutting. 3. Create a well-draining soil mix that holds some water, but provides enough drainage so that the cuttings don’t rot. 4. Take the soil and fill a pot with it. I like to use clear pots because they allow me to see the roots when they start to hit the edges of the pot. 5. Make sure to place the mother plant and the new plant under high indirect light to get them both growing and thriving. Follow for updates. #houseplants #propagation #jade
