@vivianarubyy: Can all my bilingual baddies come to the front please🗣️ Call your senators (202) 224-3121 & help Defund ICE! I made it a goal of mine this year to improve my Spanish & listen I know I may not speak the best Spanish BUT I am showing up the best I can🇲🇽 Let me remind you that this is a safe space. If I'm being honest growing up I never felt "Mexican" enough, maybe it was be of my red hair, light skin, colored eyes or the fact that my Spanish wasn't perfect. I didn't grow up with parents that only spoke Spanish & Spanish wasn't the dominant language in our household but as an adult I'm choosing to change that narrative. I am a LATINA & very PROUD TO BE! I'm using my voice for those that can't & I hope you are too. Bc no it was never about politics & we said that from the VERY beginning! It's always been human rights & morals❤️‍🩹 #latina #minivlog #vlogenespañol @Oner Active

🌿 Nettle Seed! 🌿 I've heard many people nickname this seed 'nature's powerhouse' because of just how effective it is at helping to combat fatigue, stress and hormone imbalances. Nettles are a renowned plant amongst herbalists and wild food foragers, and they have been a staple in human diets for thousands of years. However, many people often forget about the nettle seed! During late summer, the Nettles have often gone to seed, making the leaves not as nutrient rich or as edible as in the spring, but the seeds are in abundance. Nettle seeds are rich in vitamins, minerals and fatty acids which can help the body combat stress, boost energy and mental clarity, balance hormones and help with adrenal exhaustion/fatigue (or burnout). They're easy to collect, and all it takes is cutting down the top of the Nettle plant, drying out the seed over a few days and then storing in a jar to sprinkle on to soups, salads, yogurt bowls, and more. Or, you can eat them fresh, just be mindful that you may get the odd sting! . #wildfood #foraging #nettles #hedgerowhealing #naturalremedies
