I was just diagnosed with a thyroid nodule. Nearly all of them are absolutely nothing to worry about. You can live your whole life with them. I have 2. They are on the bigger side and also tirads 3 but the endocrinologist looked at them and said we just need to monitor them yearly. My ultrasound result will pretty much the same as yours:) I believe you will be just fine

hey @Amber Audrey ✨ so I went thru the same thing last year. but mine was randomly found on a neck mri. I had two one on both sides about 2.7 centimeters on both sides. normal labs. so I did the biopsy. it will make u have a random cough and a little soreness it was not bad at all. I found a biopsy places that read the results right then instead of waiting. they were tirad 4 I was convinced I had cancer. I did the biopsy and both were negative multinodular thyroid. do not Google because I convinced myself I was dying. ive had it checked 3 times since because I wasnt trusting. it was all benign. I have been using castor oil packs and they have both actually shrunk. please reach out if u have questions. I mean I was freaking terrified

If they were concerned about your thyroid why didn’t they run full thyroid panel? Defiantly something I would ask for. Hope everything is ok!

I had thyroid cancer and your ultrasound looks good but get the biopsy so you absolutely know. I think it will be fine, but you have a great doctor to still go forward with the biopsy.

I had this same convo 15 years ago. Labs looked great but a mass on my thyroid. All is well now and I have faith all will be well for you. ❤

I’ve had thyroid nodules for 5 years now. I’ve had the needle biopsy and it’s not bad at all! I get ultrasounds every year to check the growth but so far, I’m ok! Wishing you luck

Glad you are getting it checked out. Looks like a thyroid nodule. They need to check your thyroid labs to. I am a thyroid cancer patient, with stability for 5 years now and still doing great. My first nodule was benign, so it all can be definitely be treated with great results, some doctors just like to monitor. Prayers for you. Keep us posted ❤️🙏

I have 3 to 5 nodules on my thyroid they grow and shrink I’ve had three biopsies they’ve all came back benign. I had one grow 50% in a year and that came back by nine.
