5 years is bizarre. I do believe that she should endure a consequence because I do not believe in abuse or assault, however 5 years is excessive. Furthermore, we cannot confirm or deny whether the customer acted intentionally and even if she did indeed act accidentally there is negligence in the customers behalf which should be considered.

if she didn't mean to pay, I completely agree with a girl doing this, same thing as me agreeing with the Walmart security grabbing them by the hair also so it goes against everybody
