I have Eosinophilic Esophagitis which is triggered by all dairy products including butter! I feel like I get judged for being demanding or high maintenance, but it’s a serious condition that causes asthma-like symptoms or worse.

Do an analysis of people based on how they order their food. Decisive versus asking 20 questions. And then taking forever to decide. You can tell a lot about people just by that alone.
