I am not a practitioner, this suggestion just popped into my head while listening to you. When you talk about the heartbeats that share your home, it made me think of all the creatures we live with and never acknowledge. In my house thats the occasional field mouse, a birds nest we found in the fireplace once, perhaps an undiscovered squirrel in the attic and a right army of skinks under the house. It would be neat to add a candle to represent the unseen inhabitants. Thanks for sharing your ritual, its beautiful.

I’m having some of my best friends over tonight to celebrate Imbolc with stew and a fire in my fireplace for Imbolc. It’s too cold for an outdoor bonfire unfort. I have white candles I’ll be adding to the house too now. We’ll have a bunch of kiddos here tonight so we may have to adjust the ritual because our hands will be full but I love the idea of lighting one for each heartbeat and the home 🕯️thank you for making our celebration richer tonight ❤️🔥

Esse Pão ganha de goleada, mas isso a gente não precisa lembrar, Pretzels 🥨 🇩🇪 macios, fofinhos e sem batedeira. Receita logo abaixo, mas antes, salva, compartilha e me segue 👉🏼 @viversemtrigo Pretzels Ingredientes: 200g mistura de farinhas sem glúten (100g farinha de arroz, 45g fécula de batata, 45g polvilho doce, 4g goma xantana 30g açúcar 3g sal 1g fermento químico ou ½ col chá (vai misturado nos secos 1 ovo 30g óleo ou azeite 160 ml leite sem lactose ou vegetal 4g fermento biológico seco ou 1 col chá Preparo: Primeiro dissolva o fermento e o açúcar no leite morno. Reserve. Na tigela, coloque os ingredientes secos. Depois acrescente, ovo, azeite e o leite fermentado. Misture até a massa ficar homogênea. A massa fica mole. Coloque em um saco de confeitar e modele os pretzels sobre um tapete de silicone ou papel manteiga (se for papel manteiga, unte-o). Não precisa descansar. Leve direto para o forno. Asse com vapor caso o forno seja elétrico em temperatura 180° por aproximadamente 25 minutos. Finalize com elas ainda quentes pincelando manteiga ou óleo de coco e polvilhando açúcar com canela. Dica do vapor: coloque uma assadeira na parte mais inferior do forno com água fervente para fazer vapor para assar seus paes sem glúten que ajuda a manter hidratação dos paes. Se o forno for a gás não use vapor. Asse na mesma temperatura. Se fizer, quero ver! 😘
