I bought them and they do go on smoothly but 15/20 minutes later I looked like a Racoon! It runs down and makes a huge mess under eyes!

But it dose do everything u say it doesn’t do it does smudge it’s not waterproof but other than that it is a good eyeliner. I have it myself so you shouldn’t say it doesn’t smudge and it’s waterproof because I could show you videos where it is not waterproof and it smudges.
