@flovorfood: Creamy Chicken Melt Sandwich 🥪 Ingredients For the chicken filling • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (boiled or rotisserie both work) • 3–4 tbsp mayonnaise • 2 tbsp cream cheese or fresh cream • ½ cup mozzarella cheese (grated) • 2 tbsp cheddar cheese (optional but 🔥) • 1 small onion, finely chopped • 2 tbsp capsicum (green bell pepper), finely chopped • 1 tbsp carrot, grated (you can see this in the video) • 1 small green chili, finely chopped (optional) • ½ tsp black pepper • ½ tsp chili flakes • Salt to taste • ½ tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp garlic paste • ½ tsp paprika or red chili powder For assembling • Bread slices (white or milk bread) • Butter (softened) • Extra mozzarella/cheddar for melting ⸻ Instructions 1. Make the filling • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mayonnaise, cream cheese, mozzarella, and cheddar. • Add onion, capsicum, carrot, green chili. • Season with salt, black pepper, chili flakes, garlic, and paprika. • Mix until creamy and well combined. 2. Assemble the sandwich • Butter one side of each bread slice. • On the unbuttered side, spread a generous layer of chicken mixture. • Sprinkle a little extra cheese on top. • Cover with another bread slice (buttered side out). 3. Toast • Heat a pan on low–medium. • Toast the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and cheese melts inside. • Press gently while cooking for that perfect melt. 4.
