Once you try making it at home… you might never go back to store-bought again 😍 Save this recipe and try it yourself! ⸻ 🥩 Recipe Ingredients • 1 pork tenderloin (about 500–600 g / 1–1.3 lb) • about 300 g sugar • about 400 g coarse salt • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp sweet paprika • ½ tsp hot paprika • optional: marjoram or Italian herbs Instructions 1. Trim the pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels. 2. Cover the meat completely with sugar and refrigerate for 24 hours. 3. Remove from the sugar, rinse lightly and pat very dry. 4. Cover the tenderloin with salt and refrigerate for another 24 hours. 5. Remove from the salt, rinse and dry very well. 6. Rub the meat with all the spices. 7.
