Legally the cops won’t get in trouble because the dog ran up to them wanting to cause harm and if that dog did get to the police k-9 it more then likely would’ve just died so I hate all of this yes but unfortunately it was a better outcome then they’re dog getting to it

Dogs are not always going to be on a leash cause most of the time, a dog is just sitting on a couch or anything. And we don't have why not taking the outside, why not do anything with it, but it does get curious, and sometimes they'll go out before you even have it outside on at least you don't know cause it happens. So fast so yes, you can blame the owner, but also it's not just off we Sometimes you don't know if they're going to go up there like that and it happened so fast when they do decide
