Lot of valid points young man , I’ve been working sites for over 40 years and it used to be a great place to work but in the last 10 years it has changed so much and if I was a young man I’d get out now 100%

I agree and don’t agree with this, this is my 31st year on site, 1st fixing electrician, on price, it’s not as good as it used to be, the work is harder than it used to be. I still love it tbh. But understand what you mean. A good manager really helps.

Go on sites, develop a skill when you feel confident enough of what you doing but being honest with yourself, make the transition.. tun your own business outside of this toxic environment. Thats what I did after 10 years on sites.

Yet we do it all the time and I’ve done commercial sites for 16 years doing ductwork now on new build sites and it’s terrible in comparison 😂
