@feesa_everyday: Making your Natural Date Syrup is so easy and here are 3 Simple Steps to follow. Step 1: Pit out your dates and wash them thoroughly to remove every trace of dirt. Pour them into a bowl, add water, and soak for at least 8 hours to soften. (I keep mine refrigerated during this time.) Step 2: Pour the soaked dates and the soaking liquid into a pot and allow it to simmer. Once it starts simmering, turn off the heat and let it cool completely. Step 3: Sieve it to extract all the liquid. Pour the liquid back into the pot and cook on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens. Keep in mind that it will get even thicker as it cools. And that’s it natural, sweet, and easy homemade date syrup. I use mine to sweeten drinks, pap, and so many meals.
