So just a PSA to some people in the comments, if there is no one braking in front of you and you want to slow down a bit, simply take your foot off the gas pedal and don't touch the brakes. Brakes are expensive to replace, stop hitting them unnecessarily

For the ppl saying their braking doesn’t affect your lane: this type of driving behavior makes the entire road unsafe and inefficient. Traffic behaves like a fluid, and unnecessary bottlenecks in the flow of a fluid create high pressure points and dangerous situations.
