@aliciavaldez930: Words can't describe how grateful I am for my parents. My mom, who as soon as she got the initial call that Ada was going to the ER, dropped everything and said that they were on their way. My dad, who hugged me as I got the news and reminded me to be hopeful. They have stayed up with us when we were at ER visits late at night. Driven 4.5 miles each way for almost every doctors appointment. Bought food late at night when Ada needed it. Watched Conrad so that we can focus on Ada. They have come when Ada needed her gramma and Papa and I needed my parents. I am eternally grateful for the support that they have shown me and my little family. I am grateful that I know they will show up and answer their phone when I have my anxieties. While the burden is really, really heavy they have done their best to lighten it.#leukemia #teamAda #childhoodcancer #pediatriccancer #fuckcancer🧡
