these sprouts will not have worse bacteria than the ones already in your mouth, and still we have a great defender called stomach acid (if you take care of it) ofcourse using a clean/sterile jar is a bonus, and make an amount you would consume quickly. thanks for the info 🙏🏻🌹

I don’t get it. If nothing is added…wouldn’t the seeds contain the same nutrition? Then couldn’t we just grind them into dust to chug it with some water for the same effect, rather than growing a garden in the kitchen?
