Samantha G :

The crazy thing is, this is like $2000. The US is SOOOO behind on train travel, it’s sad.

I love taking the train but haven’t in so long because it’s become grossly expensive. I wish people would come together and demand we bring it back, traveling by train is wonderful.

Thank you for shouting out the workers and being kind to them! They really are the sweetest and work so hard! I’ve had long trips and uncomfortable trips, but they’re always the bright spots

Leatherface’s iconic chainsaw dance at the end of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974) has become one of the most unforgettable images in horror cinema, bringing the film to a close with a terrifying and bizarre climax. The scene serves as a disturbing expression of rage and frustration as Sally manages to escape. Interestingly, in the DVD audio commentary, actor Gunnar Hansen revealed that the dance had originally been planned for an earlier scene. In the screenplay, following Franklin’s death, as Sally flees Leatherface and runs toward the gas station, the killer was supposed to stop at the corner of the building and begin dancing and twirling his chainsaw, expressing his frustration. Director Tobe Hooper, however, ultimately cut the scene to preserve the suspense and avoid revealing Leatherface’s connection to the Sawyer family too early. The idea was later incorporated into the film’s ending, cementing a sequence that would become an essential part of the franchise’s identity.
