@cookingtales11: Pulao پُلاؤ Ingredients • ½ kg mutton • ½ cup yogurt • 1 tbsp chilli flakes • ½ tbsp coriander powder • ½ tbsp black pepper • 1 tbsp cumin • 2 tbsp garam masala • Juice of ½ lemon • 1 glass rice • ½ cup oil • 2 onions (sliced) • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste • 2 tomatoes (chopped) • Salt to taste • 2½ glasses water • ½ cup boiled chickpeas • ½ cup raisins • Green chillies Method 1. Marinate mutton with yogurt, spices, lemon juice for 2 hours. 2. Soak rice for 2–3 hours. 3. Heat oil, fry onions till dark brown. 4. Add ginger-garlic paste, then tomatoes; cook well. 5. Add marinated mutton, fry until oil separates. 6. Transfer to pressure cooker, add water and salt. 7. Cook 25 minutes after first whistle on medium heat. 8. Add chickpeas, raisins, green chillies, and soaked rice. 9. Let it boil, close lid, cook 2 minutes after whistle, then turn off heat. 10. Rest 20 minutes, open lid, rest 10 more minutes, then serve. #pulao #rice #mutton #trending #fyp
