Wanda that used to work parts at agland years ago was dads go to. He’d call and ask for “wicked Wanda” and she’d know who was calling. Never got wrong John Deere parts when she was there and gord was shop Forman.

We have one of the nicest guys at my local RME and he knows almost every part on almost any piece of our equipment. Had a cranky old guy that knew everything as well. Newer guys you have to go in and show them the parts you can’t describe them to them
