I’m doing it now. Lost my husband unexpectedly 4 1/2 years ago while I was pregnant with our son. I’ve been so depressed and low in life, and one day woke up tired of being so depressed. Started working out 3x a week, changed my diet, don’t drink/smoke, bought a house, read my Bible each night, and took control of my life again. I’m finally living life again ❤️

I did it! I lost 41kg and i ran 10km in 28 min! 3% bodyfat and was in my best shape of my life. Not once did i cheat, and i am so proud of that!

Spent a life doing this the best I could. Achieved more than I thought possible coming from nothing. Finally burned out 10 months ago and not worked since. Also realised that this type of momentum and mindset attracted toxic people. Narcissists in employment, narcissists in circles, and friends who weren't really true friends it turned out. His advice is positive, but like all the best things, everything in moderation. Be positive and focused, but don't hang yourself committing to being only the best, 'cause anything less feels a failure... and when you burn out you're a shadow of who you 'committed' to be. My advice, be the best you can be that day... and if you're not the best the next day, there's always another tomorrow. Just enjoy what you're doing... and good things will come.
