I need to increase my ferritin from 37 to 70 by the end of October. Is that realistically possible? I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ I recently had the Female Hair Loss Blood Test with @One Day Tests and everything came back within the normal range, apart from my testosterone being slightly high. My ferritin at 37 ng/mL is technically within the normal range too, but 70 to 100 ng/mL is considered the ideal optimal range for healthy hair regrowth. So now I need to force myself to eat more iron rich foods, especially red meat and stop being so fussy with food 😭 If you’ve managed to increase your ferritin through food, let me know how you’ve done it in the comments 🫶 I’m going to document the next few months and redo my blood tests at the end of October to see how much I’ve managed to increase it ☺️ So follow along and let’s see if I can actually get it to 70 by the end of October x #hairloss #ferritin #lowferritin #hairgrowth #hairjourney
