Those Korean skincare transformations are always so motivating 🫠 it shows how much patience and the right routine can change skin over time. I remember dealing with constant breakouts and feeling stuck no matter what products I tried. In a women’s wellbeing group someone talked about Eat like a woman protocol (by loren green). I gave it a chance and things gradually started changing… skin calmer, digestion smoother, and 29 lbs down. kinda wild this info isn’t talked about more.
