There’s almost never a real life example where the forces are not changing the whole time. Our bodies need to have the muscle memory of changing resistance into and out of pronation in order to avoid injury.

Attach lifting strap to cable machine and drop the pully all the way down. Grip the lifting strap and allow most slack out of the top of your palm. Turn gripped fist with cable resistance. Slow on eccentric. My forearms stay blasted with simpler devices.
