@futurern_nursing: Fast and steady, but is it sinus?🏃‍♂️📈 If the heart is racing but you still see those perfect, distinct P-waves, you’re likely looking at Sinus Tachycardia! How to decode it: ✅ Regular? Yes! ✅ P-waves present? Yes! ✅ Rate? 120 bpm (Our 6-second strip doesn't lie!) The Breakdown: Normal Sinus is 60–100. Once you cross 100 but keep those P-waves, it’s Tachy! Don’t confuse it with SVT—that’s a whole different speed (usually 150+). Correct answer is C. Sinus tachycardia since the rhythm is regular, has distinct P-waves, and has a fast rate (120 bpm using our 6 second strip to calculate). Sinus rhythm would be between 60- 100 bpm, atrial fibrillation would not have distinct P-waves and appear chaotic, and SVT would have hidden P-waves and a much faster rate (150- 250 bpm) Did you get this one right?
