unfortunately i’m not sure about this. polish women generally are more open etc. but people in poland have very little awareness when it comes to racism and nowadays also the right wing propaganda is going very very strong. and this propaganda makes a lot of people think that they are western europe-adjacent, therefore superior than any non-europeans or non-whites. which is sad bc it’s some kind of stockholm syndrome. eastern europeans are mentally and culturally closer to the global south but they so desperately want to belong to the west (bc of the colonization trauma, post-soviet trauma, inferiority complex, being mistreated by the west etc.). it’s so sad… (i’m polish)
