It does work I mean the infusions are probably way better, which is what the celebrities get because they have the money to do it, but the pill version is good. Just open the capsules and eat it. It does give you energy and makes your skin look better I get tons of compliments on how I look younger. Take the NAD take a good quality one . Also take collagen with it.
