here's the thing if the city approved it and it was stated and what they were selling then yes you have a case to sue you can sue for all your money back plus your lawyer fees anyone says you can't doesn't know all doesn't matter if it's clerical air doesn't matter about any of that it was stated on the website in the city let it go through
