This is how I make gochujang jjigae! A rustic, homey, easy, filling korean dish. If you want to make it a little spicier, you can always add sliced chilis and I also know some people who season it with soy sauce instead of using salt! I would also usually put a dash of sesame oil to finish, but since the ssamjang had sesame oil in it, I left it out :) Ingredients Dashi or Water Pork Belly, Pork shoulder, or Pork ribs!
