Everyone focusing on the littering 😭. Watch the full encounter. She refuses to sign the ticket which he lets SLIDE even though that’s grounds for arrest. He notices she doesn’t have a registration tag OR bill of sale, another thing he lets slide. She then ultimately refused to accept the citation all together AND throws it out the window right in front of him. I think he let her slide on plenty. He went hands on right away cause it was obvious she wasn’t going to get out and listen as we seen before.
