Monday day of eats! I’m not going to lie guys, between my period coming and the amount of patients we have been seen these past 2 weeks I am mentally and physically drained. But I remind myself what my coach @Your friend Mel has told me. Just because your tired doesn’t mean you should stop taking care of yourself. Even when you were tired you continued to take care of your child right? You should still be a priority even when your tired. So I chose to post and film less these past 2 weeks so I wouldnt sacrifice myself and my goals. When your tired you have to chose yourself because at the end of the day you are still important. ❤️
