Call the police. That’s theft of service. Don’t let them keep getting away with this behavior. ALWAYS discuss the price after you get the design idea and state that payment is due at the end of service. I have a consult and consent paperwork that they sign that states at the bottom that payment is due at the end of service. Once they sign, it’s a binding contract.

Honestly, I have a failproof system set up with my business. Everybody pays for their stuff beforehand before they even come, and if they want to tip me after they can, I’ve never had anybody do this and glad for it !😍
