Focus on your breathing This helps control your pace more than you think! I used to never listen to my breathing, once I started it helped sooo much 3. Eat the right foods Fuel your body properly so your runs feel easier and you actually have energy to push!! Whole foods is KEY 4. Don’t skip recovery Rest days, good sleep, saunas and stretching (Don’t overlook this EVEN if you feel like you’re recovering fine) 5. Add short speed bursts Mix in 30–60 sec faster intervals instead of trying to run fast the whole time! #Running #hybridtraining
