Cheesy Pigs in Blankets & Chicken Sliders 😮‍💨 These are comfort food and fakeaway vibes all in one. 1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp sugar  4 brioche buns  4 slices of mozzarella cheese  4 tsp caramelised red onion chutney  25g chicken gravy granules (I use 200ml water but adjust to your desired thickness)  💕 Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan) (or equivalent in an air fryer).  💕Season the chicken fillets with salt and black pepper, then place them on a lined tray alongside the pigs in blankets. Roast for 18-20 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. 💕Add the sliced onion to a pan with the sugar, pinch of salt and a splash of water. Cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until soft. 💕Lightly toast the brioche buns.  💕Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks and chop the pigs in blankets into small chunks. 💕Add a slice of mozzarella to the base of each bun, then spread over 1 tsp caramelised onion chutney.  💕Top with shredded chicken, pigs in blankets pieces and the caramelised onion.  💕Place the buns into the oven for 4-5 minutes to melt the cheese and warm through. 💕While they warm, make the gravy by whisking the granules with boiling water until smooth. 💕Remove the buns from the oven, drizzle a little gravy over the filling, then pop the lids back on.  💕Serve with the remaining gravy on the side for dunking.
