Not a lawsuit. HIPAA has changed some of the laws. It is a violation of the healthcare center to allow filming by the public. They legal have to stop the recording or the healthcare center is in violation of hipaa. So actually they are required by law to stop the recordings.

the law allows for time, place and manner restrictions of video recording even in a public building. The same way you can’t record in a courtroom, or outside an abortion clinic you can be restricted in health care offices
