I see where this will go. Guy with ticket; judge I was driving as fast as I was to pace the officer to ascertain his speed. I paced him at 95 mph in a 70 mph zone. Judge; that’s all well and good, but you still exceed the speed limit by 25 mph as well. Your reasoning does not put YOU above the law so, you both will be cited for excessive speed. 😂😂
