I'd call it more water resistant. Not much is going to go up unless it's forced, like on a water slide or water skiing falls.

No, it’s not. Discharge instructions after giving birth (and after any type of major procedures in that area, as well, I assume) include absolutely no baths, shower only.

Sorry to tell you, water gets in there, but in my experience it's not a lot (muscle tone) and always drains out. - signed a lifelong swimmer
