Once Upon a NICU :
Our neighbor asked us, “do you know your tree sways a lot?” Got a 30ft tree taken dow three days later. Guy who took it down said it was incredibly unstable and with the wind we get, it was only a matter of a week or two before it would have crashed into our house.
