I have a 4 year old boy. He’s in that phase where he asks a lot of questions. I made a promise to myself that I would not be a “because I said so” kind of mom. Instead when he asks me why he has to do something, I say “because I’m trying to make you into a good man.” He’s heard it so many times now that he says when he grows up he wants to be a good man. 🥹
