Sometimes a person is overwhelmed to address it 'directly' maybe because of the reason that they realize they're wrong, A person who can 'realize' that he/she is bad at fixing things directly knows to distance itself to find solution before addressing it. guys, i need advice. what should i do? every time i try to open up about my worries and ask my partner why he lied to me multiple times (no cheating involved), he just stares at me and says he doesn’t know what to say. he always looks sad and hurt whenever i bring things up, and somehow i end up comforting him instead of expressing what i actually feel. it’s getting confusing for me because instead of processing my own emotions, i keep thinking about how my questions affect him. i know conversations like this are uncomfortable, but i also don’t think my feelings should be ignored just because he gets sad whenever i try to communicate. i’m trying to be calm and understanding naman, but sometimes i feel like there’s no space for me to fully open up without feeling guilty after. i honestly don’t know if i should keep bringing things up or just stay quiet to avoid hurting him.
