it sucks that a veteran has to beg for money but at the same time he is so irresponsible. whether it's a service dog or not he should have it on a leash. whether he disagrees with the cops or not he should deal with it in court not in the street. anyone that has a dog and fights with police is 100% responsible for anything that happens to that dog.
