this series is too real 😭💛 it’s like trying to explain something you FEEL so clearly but can’t put into words… I used to feel so misunderstood, like my brain and body were both all over the place—low energy, brain fog, no consistency. it got so frustrating. I tried so many things and nothing worked which made me feel stuck. then in a women’s group someone mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by loren green. I followed it and things shifted—28 lbs down, energy steady, focus finally clearer. feels like something people don’t talk about
