Did 3 tablespoons of cinnamon last time you said it was a type out so maybe you did less this time I went back and re-watched your video and you definitely used more cinnamon sugar. It was darker.

I make a cinnamon sugar paste add it in during the strength and folds now. The swirl is amazing doing it that way.

I did a cinnamon brown sugar loaf yesterday and I did not do butter this time and it’s way less messy and more swirly I add butter to my slices lol I added butter one time and it was flat

you should soak the small raisins in water before you add them to your dough, they will grow and have the same effect
