we're in livingston, at 11.30am we had to cancel the outdoor event only 2h later that day. During the time of what would gave been the outdoor event, it was beautiful weather. 5m after the event was meant to end, started lashing down 😂 You couldn't make it up. Also the snow at 11.30am was winter wonderland kinda snow - the flakes were mental
